In the last post secret of obesity , i try to show you the danger of obesity so here this post is complementary to previous post . obesity is disease as malnutrition because malnutrition is the amount of food is less than the daily activities but obesity is the amount of food is greater than the daily activities so we should make the amount of food we eat every day equal the daily activities. here i will tell you some very easy activities help you to overcome obesity just you should have great will .
- you should avoid foods which have high calorie such as sugars and fats and soft drinks, be smart soft drinks are very harmful for our bodies and you can go to Google and search for danger of soft drinks and you will find many articles talk about this problem , you can drink skim milk instead of soft drinks and you will impressed by the results you'll find on your body
- your meals should be balanced , eat small meals two hours or three between each meal but this meal should contain every types of food such as protein ,vitamins and fiber because our meals should be balanced in terms of the type of food first and then the amount of food.
- It is very important to play a sport ,but it is better to be certain conditions :
- your chosen sport should be suitable for your age.
- your chosen sport should make all your muscles work .
- your chosen sport should be regularly.
- Finally after your exercise eat and take shower.
